There are approximately 270 members in the Association including members from Canada, Australia, England, South Africa (Canadian), Alaska and Hawaii.

As with most organizations such as The Bates Association, in order to provide services it is necessary to ask its members to pay dues.

With these dues members are provided with the quarterly newsletter, The Bates Bulletin, association events such as the Reunions, a membership directory that helps you connect with others who are of the same Bates line, access to information in the Association's possession and complete access to the web site.

Regular US Membership: $22.00

Electronic Membership:  $20.00

International Membership $23.00· (Electronic only)

Associate Membership $15.00 - An Associate Member is someone interested in the Bates line, an organization, or a historical society. Associate Members receive only The Bates Bulletin. They do not have access to any of the benefits available to regular members.
